川崎病伴冠脉损害危险因素探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的:分析探讨川崎病伴冠脉损害的危险因素。方法:通过病例对照研究。结果:川崎病伴冠脉损害的发生率是25.9%,80%的KD患儿<3岁,以男孩为主;CAL组与NCAL组比较:急性期总热程、白细胞升高方面有统计学差异。对血小板升高及血沉加快方面无明显差异。结论:对<3岁的川崎病患儿,男性、白细胞升高及发热时间长是川崎病伴冠脉损害的危险因素。
