摘要
针对钢丝圈在使用防锈水型水基淬火液的过程中产生的表面过氧化问题,采用在淬火液中添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)等添加剂,并进行了正交试验。试验结果证明:添加聚乙烯醇可以起到减缓钢丝圈表面氧化的作用,并由此确定了聚乙烯醇的最佳添加量。此项研究结果为生产中用水基淬火液取代淬火油提供了有益的参考。
Based on large numbers of experiments, it is found that there are heavier oxide scale if replacing quenching oil with water-based quenching liquid. To make use of water-based quenching liquid. A new chemical ingredient should be found to decrease oxide scale effectively. It is demonstrated that putting PVA into quenching liquid is an effective method according to orthogonal experiments. This result is very useful to replace quenching oil with water-based quenching liquid in the future.
