摘要
为获取疲劳振动试验机的模态参数及其在动态载荷下达到稳态时输出端的应力及应变,采用有限元方法,利用ANSYS软件对一给定结构参数的疲劳试验机进行三维实体建模,并进行模态分析和动态分析,得出了试验机的固有频率和试验机达到稳定振动状态前输出端节点Y方向位移随时间的变化曲线。该项工作代表了现代机械设计的理念,其结果对工程设计人员具有直接的指导意义。
In order to obtain stress and strain of sample under a dynamic load , the finite element model of vibration fatigue machine was established using ANSYS software. The model analysis and dynamic response analysis were also conducted to obtain the natural frequency and the displacement curve of the output node . This work represents the philosophy of modern design, and the results provide direct guidance to the designers.
