新课程理念下高中数学教师信念调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 数学教师的信念强烈影响他们的教学方式、课堂决策、教材资源的选择和利用、评价方式以及学生的主动性。高中数学教师所持的信念是成功实施和顺利推行高中数学新课程改革的关键。通过问卷调查,结果显示,尽管半数以上高中数学教师持有的数学信念、数学学习信念、教学信念与新课程理念相一致,但仍有三到四成教师的认识存在明显的不足,这个结果应引起重视以及研究解决。
