摘要 本文主要对宽带低噪声放大器电路的匹配网络作了研究,利用晶体管自身特点,设计了优化的输入输出匹配网络。结合宽带LNA电路设计的具体要求,采用ADS软件对电路进行了优化仿真。通过分析仿真结果,可以看出在2.5GHz-3.5GHz的频段内输入匹配良好,噪声系数较低,且达到了较好的增益和增益平坦度。 The paper advocates the research of matching networks of the wideband low noise amplifier circuit. Depending on the selfcharacteristics of transistor, author designs the optimal input and output matching networks of LNA. With the specific requirements of LNA circuit design, the study uses the ADS software to make the circuit optimal simulation. Through analysis of the simulation results, can be seen in the 2.5 GHz-3.5GHz frequency band, enter the match well, low noise figure, and achieve a better gain and gain flatness.
