摘要
热疗是一种治疗肿瘤的新方法,由于温度是热疗的关键因素,热疗过程必须有严格的测温和控温技术。温度传感器选用铜-康铜热电偶,针对热电偶冷端补偿,采用PN结补偿电路结合算法来实现,不但可以相对简化系统的电路,还可以使测量结果更为准确。
Hypcrthermia therapy is a new method for tumor treatment. The hyperthermia therapy course should have strict technic of temperature measuring and controlling because temperature is the key factor of the system.we select copper-albata as the thermocouple, in allusion to cold end compensating,using the method that PN junction compensating circuit combining with arithmetic,by this way,noe only predigest the circuit relatively,but also make the result more accurate.
