摘要
皖南是安徽省爬行动物分布的主要地区,现已发现64种,其中龟鳖目3科9种，蜥蜴亚目4种科9种,蛇亚目3种科45种,鳄目1科1种.濒临灭绝的扬子鳄,经多年繁殖和保护,1994年野生个体已达667～740条,繁殖场内达4376条.近些年来,人类对龟鳖和蛇类的捕杀比较严重,各种龟蛇的数量正在迅速下降.
In the southern Aunhui of ehina, a total of 64species of reptiles were found,with 9 species of Testudinata, 9 species ofLacertidae,45 species of snake and 1 species of Crocodylia.The Yangtzi Alligator, one of the most endangered species in China,has been protected resulting in a population inerease to 667~740 in the wild and 4376individuals kept in eaptivity.However,populations of snakes and turtles are decliningh due to human consumption.
