摘要 目的探讨粒度及成型压力对微晶玻璃性能的影响.方法相同压力(50 Mpa)下,分别测试由3种不同粒度的粉体(球磨时间为24 h、48 h和72 h)制作的微晶玻璃样品的密度及硬度,比较变化趋势;相同原料粒度下(球磨时间48 h),分别测试在不同压力下(35 Mpa、50 Mpa、75 Mpa和100 Mpa)样品的坯体密度及烧结体密度,比较变化趋势.结果相同压力下,样品密度及硬度随粒度减小而增大,但趋势变缓;相同粒度下,随压力增大,样品密度先增大,当超过50 Mpa后,样品密度又减小.结论原料粒度与成型压力对微晶玻璃的性能有显著影响.粒度过细,成型压力过大也会导致微晶玻璃性能不稳. Objective To study the effects of glass particle-sizes and shaping pressures on the properties of direct sintered glass-ceramics from blast furnace slag. Methods In a compared and analyzed study, under the same pressure (50 Mpa), the density and rnicrohardness of samples sintered by 3 kinds of powder (ball-roiling time: 24 h, 48 h, 72 h) were tested, the trends of density and microhardness were analyzed; under the different shaping pressures (35 Mpa, 50 Mpa, 75 Mpa and 100 Mpa), the body density and sintered density of samples prepared by the powder ball-milled 48 h were tested, the trends of density were analyzed. Results The density and hardness of samples increased with decrease of particle size under the same pressure, but the trend slowed down; under the different pressures, first the sintered density of samples first increased with the pressuers increasing, but when more than 50 Mpa, the density of sample decreased. Conclusion Glass particle size and shaping pressures have greatly influences on density and microhardness. There will be a negative impact on performance of glass-ceramics if glass particle size is too small and shaping pressure is too large.
