双黄复方对SMC及CCC-ESF细胞增殖的影响

Effects of Shuanghuang Herbal Medicine Compound on the proliferation of SMC and CCC-ESF

目的:探讨双黄复方(SHMC)对兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)和人胚胎成纤维细胞(CCC-ESF)的促增殖作用。方法:采用MTT法测定不同浓度、不同时间SHMC对SMC和CCC-ESF的促增殖作用,并以流式细胞术检测SHMC对其细胞周期的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,SHMC作用后,各组OD490显著增高,G2/M期细胞比例明显增加,但SMC的增殖与剂量无明显相关。双黄复方大剂量短时间内作用于CCC-ESF的OD490、PI显著增高,小剂量长时间作用也有类似作用。结论:双黄复方对SMC和CCC-ESF生长均有促增殖作用。

Objective： To study the effects of Shuanghuang Herbal Medicine Compound SHMC on the proliferation of SMC and CCC-ESF. Methods： MTT was used to determine the proliferation at different concentrations and times of SHMC, and flow cytometry technique was used to detect the effects on the cell cycle of the two kinds of cells. Results： After treated by SHMC, the OD490 of SMC in each group increased markedly and the percentage of cells at G2/M phase increased markedly compared with blank control group, but the proliferation of SMC showed no relationship with the dose of SHMC. A large dose of SHMC significantly increased the OD490 and PI of CC-ESF in short time, and low dose also showed similar effects in a long time. Conclusion： SHMC could increase the proliferation of SMC and CCC-ESF.
