CT引导下臭氧联合胶原酶注射与单纯臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床对比性观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症与单纯臭氧注射治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效对比。方法:在CT引导下,精确定位,采用细针经皮穿刺向椎间盘内注射臭氧和胶原酶。结果:治疗后1个月随访,臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗组优良率为87.5%,臭氧注射治疗组优良率为80%。治疗后6个月随访,臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗组优良率为92.5%,臭氧注射治疗组优良率为77.5%。结论:臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗椎间盘突出症较单纯臭氧注射治疗椎间盘突出症,疗效更加显著,且远期疗效更稳定。
