摘要
以10%多抗霉素母液为有效成分,以烷基苯磺酸钙、山梨酸钾为助剂,以水为连续相的分散体系,对3%多抗霉素水剂的配方进行了研究,并确定了最佳配方。试验结果表明:该产品具有良好的物理和化学稳定性,水不溶物达到小于0.3%,热贮(54±2℃,14d)相对分解率为0.9%,产品的各项技术指标均能达到水剂的质量标准。
Polyoxin 3% aqueous solution formula were developed using 10% of polyoxin technical concentrate, Alkylbenzene sulfonic acid with calcium, potassium sorbate, water dispersion system as the continuous phase. The results showed that the product has good physical and chemical stability with less than 0.3% water-insoluble materials. Accelerated heat storage studies (54±2℃, 14 days) showed that relative decomposition rate was 0.9%. The developed formulation was up to the standards of aqueous solution.
