中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘60例临床观察

Clinical analysis of 60 cases of cough variant asthma treated with integrated traditional and western medicine

目的:观察加味阳和汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法:将120例CVA患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组在加味阳和汤的基础上加用西药,对照组只服用西药。两组均以14d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为91.7%,疗效明显优于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。结论:在加味阳和汤的基础上加用西药治疗CVA有良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the modifed Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of CVA. Methods： 120 cases of CVA were divided into two groups randomly, both therapy group and control group had 60 cases. Control group took western medicine only, at this basis, therapy group accepted the modifed Yanghe Decoction.For both groups, 14 days as 1 course of treatment. Results： The effective rate of therapy group was 91.7%, which was obviously higher than the 75.0% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated modifed Yanghe Decoction with western medicine have good curative effect in the treatment of CVA.
