摘要
目的:探讨痤疮的有效治疗方法。方法:治疗组76例采用2%夫西地酸乳膏和维胺脂胶囊联合治疗,对照组50例采用夫西地酸乳膏治疗,8周后观察并总结两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90.79%,对照组有效率为74.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:2%夫西地酸乳膏和维胺脂胶囊联合治疗痤疮疗效满意。
Objective： To explore the effective treatment for ache. Methods： The 76 cases of treatment group used 2% Fusidic acid cream and Viaminate capsules, the 50 cases of control group used Fusidic acid cream, after 8 weeks observed and summed up the effect of the two groups. Results： The efficiency of the treatment group was 90.79%, the control group was 74.00%, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： 2% Fusidic acid cream and Viaminate capsules has satisfactory effect on ache vulgaris.
