摘要 目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者营养不良的原因,为改善患者的营养状况提供饮食护理,从而提高其生存质量。方法:应用营养评估的方法对患者进行营养评估,根据营养状况的不同,进行个体饮食指导。结果:206例患者营养状况都有不同程度改善,按护理人员及患者、患者家属共同制订的饮食计划进行膳食,无一例因营养不良致恶病质而死亡。结论:维持性血液透析患者营养状态与生存质量密切相关,饮食护理具有重要意义。 Objective: To discuss the malnourished patient with maintenance hemodialysis and improve their nutrient situ- ation and provide the dietie nursing and improve their survival quality. Methods: The patient's nutrient situation was appraised by the method of the nutrient appraisement. According to the differences of the nutrient situation, the individual diet was guided. Results: The patient's nutrient situation of 206 cases was improved in different degrees, according to the dietic plan of the nursing staffe, the patient and their family to work out, and no one was led to the cachexia as the result of malnutrition. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the nutrient situation and the survival quality of the patient with maintenance hemodialysis, and the dietic nursing has an important significance.
