中华鳖胸腺的毛细血管和网状纤维观察

Observation on Capillary and Reticular Fiber in Thymus of Trionyx Sinensis

应用光学显微镜和电子显微镜技术对中华鳖胸腺毛细血管和网状纤维的结构和分布特点进行了观察，发现其胸腺皮质毛细血管丰富，具有典型的血胸腺屏障；髓质毛细血管的结构不构成血胸腺屏障。胸腺髓质具有较丰富的网状纤维，有的聚积成束，有的分支呈细网状；皮质部网状纤维主要分布于小梁和毛细血管周隙，其它部位未见分布。

The stucture and distribution charactors of capillary and reticular fiber in Thymus of Trionyx sinensis were examined with light with electron microscope.There were enormous numbers of capillaries in thymus with typical blood thymus barrier.The stucture of medulla capillary was not formed typical blood thymus barrier.There were plentiful reticular fiber in the thymus medulla,some of which were assembled to bundles,others were formed to fine net.Reticular fiber were mainly distributed around the trabecula and capillary.
