摘要
目的:探讨Livin、PTEN、β-Catenin蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的临床病理学特征的关系,以及它们三者之间的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测42例结直肠癌组织中Livin,PTEN及β-Catenin的表达情况。结果:(1)结直肠癌组织中Livin蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于大肠正常粘膜组织和腺瘤组织;Livin蛋白阳性表达率与结直肠癌分化程度有关,而与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移无关。(2)大肠癌组织中PTEN蛋白的阳性表达率明显低于大肠正常粘膜组织的和腺瘤组织;PTEN阳性表达率与大肠癌Dukes分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤分化程度无统计学意义。(3)正常大肠粘膜上皮β-catenin的异位表达率与大肠腺瘤中异位表达率相比无显著统计学意义,与大肠癌β-catenin蛋白异位表达率相比有显著统计学意义。β-catenin蛋白异位表达与大肠癌患者的性别、年龄无关,与肿瘤的分化程度、Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移有关。(4)在大肠癌组织中Livin蛋白阳性表达率与PTEN蛋白阳性表达率呈负相关,与β-catenin蛋白异位表达率呈正相关。结论:(1)Livin在结肠癌组织中过表达,它可能是促进结肠癌发生的重要因素之一。(2)PTEN蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达被抑制而降低,且与Livin的表达呈负相关。因此,抑制PTEN蛋白的活性是Livin促进结直肠癌发生的途径之一。(3)β-Catenin在结肠癌的组织分化及淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用。
Objective :To study Livin, VIEN, β - Catenin protein expression in colorectal cancer and the clinical and pathological characteristics, as well as their inter - relationship between the three. ( 3 ) normal mueosa epithelium of ectopie I5 - catenin expression in eolorectal adenoma and ectopic expression rate compared to no significant statistical significance, and colorectal cancer ectopic β - catenin protein expression was compared to a significant statistical significance, ectopicβ - catenin protein expression and patients with colorectal cancer by sex, age has nothing to do with the degree of tumor differentiation, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis. (4) in colorectal cancer Livin protein expression rate and the rate of PTEN protein expression was negatively correlated with the ectopic β - eatenin protein expression rate was positively correlated. Conclusion: ( 1 ) Livin in the over - expression of colon cancer tissues, it may happen is to promote colon cancer one of the important factors. (2) PTEN protein in colorectal cancer tissues was inhibited and decreased with the expression of Livin was a negative correlation. Therefore, the inhibitory activity of PTEN protein in the promotion of colorectal cancerare Livin happen one way. (3) β- Catenin in the differentiation of colon cancer and lymph node metastases play an important role.
