摘要
目的:了解苦丁茶对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响。方法:经口灌服醋酸地塞米松(DEX)诱导小鼠免疫功能低下,7d后经口灌服蒲公英,采用苦丁茶和当归补血汤水煎液小鼠进行体液免疫功能测定。结果:苦丁茶可增强巨噬细胞吞噬指数水平,提高小鼠抗体生成水平和巨噬细胞的吞噬率,即通过改善机体的免疫抑制状态,进而增强和调节机体免疫功能作用。结论:苦丁茶有增强和上调免疫功能低下机体的作用。
Objective：To study the effect of Ilex latifolia thunb on immune function in mice. Methods：Mice were given the dexamethasone （DEX） by intragastrically with pipe, after 7 days of inoculated Ilex latifolia thunb, the functions of humoral immunity were examined in the mouse after administrated Ilex latifolia thunb and Dangguibuxuetang. Results： Ilex latifolia thunb （40g/kg） improved phagocytic index of macrophage great. Higher doses of Ilex latifolia thunb could also distinctly enhance the number of PFC and macrophage phagocytic percentage. Conclusion：Ilex latifolia thunb can enhance and adjust the immune function of organism.
