摘要
目的:研究水蛭醇提物的抗血栓作用。方法:采用胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导的小鼠体内血栓和大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成的方法。观察水蛭醇提物的抗血栓作用;采用荧光偏振技术观察水蛭醇提物对红细胞膜脂和血小板膜脂流动性的影响。结果:水蛭醇提物对胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导的小鼠体内血栓和大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成有显著抑制作用,并能提高红细胞膜和血小板膜流动性。结论:水蛭醇提物有抗血栓作用,其机理与其提高红细胞膜脂和血小板膜脂流动性有关。水蛭素为抗血栓成分,水蛭的药理作用有着广泛的发展前景。
Objective:To research the anti - thrombus function and prospects of alcohol refined material from hirudo. Methods:Using the eollogen - adrenalin induced the mouses in vivo thrombus and the method which artery - vein bypass thrombus fo - rm on the big mice, the anti - thrombus thrombus and the method which artery - vein bypass thrombus ; using the fluorescence polarization technology, observing the influence of alcohol refined material from hirudo upon the red blood cell membrane fat and the blood platelet membrane fat fluid. Results:The alcohol refined material from hirudo has the remarkable inhibitory action on the collogen -adrenalin induction the mouses and the formation of artery - vein bypass thrombus on the big mouses, and can enhance the red blood cell membrane and the blood platelet membrane fluidity. Conclusion: The alcohol refined material from hirudo has the anti - thrombus function, the mechanism of which related to enhancing the red blood cell membrane and the blood platelet membrane fluidity. The anti - thrombus ingredient is hirudin, the hirudo pharmacological action has the widespread prospects for development.
