摘要 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMCs)细胞周期的变化。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测SLE患者PB-MCs植物血凝素(phytohemagglutinin,PHA)刺激前后细胞周期变化,并与正常人比较。结果:PHA刺激前,SLE患者PBMCs细胞周期构成与正常人无明显差异;刺激后SLE患者PBMCs G0/G1期比例降低,S期比例增高,与正常人比较差异有统计学意义。结论:SLE患者PBMCs较正常人易于活化及增殖。 Objective:To study proliferation activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, we observed distribution patterns of cell cycle - phase in these cells. Methods: Distribution patterns of different cell cycle - phase in patients and controls were measured by flow cytometry with or without stimulation by PHA. Results:There were no significant difference between patients and controls in the distribution of different cell cycle - phase at base line without stimulation. Whereas, after the samples were stimulated with PHA, the proportion of phase G0/G1 decreased and the phase S increased in cell samples from SLE patients. Conclusion:There were strong proliferation activity in PBMCs of patients.
