首台国产6万m^3/h空分自主集成创新实践

摘要 宝钢新建6万m3/h空分为国内首台自主集成国产化6万m3/h等级空分,对国内空分行业具有里程碑意义。对项目的工艺特点、独创技术运用进行了阐述,针对流程设计、风险控制、质量过程控制、控制系统集成、系统调试等难点作了分析评价,对项目集成创新方式、跨行业合作和以生产用户为主导的工程管理模式进行了介绍,并重点总结项目自主集成创新实践过程中的成功经验。 Baosteel' s newly built 60 000 m^3/h air separation unit ( ASU ) is the first domestic integrated unit on this level. It is a milestone in the Chinese air separation industry. In this paper, the process characteristics of the unit and the application of the original techniques are expatiated. Some difficulties in the process design, hazards control, quality control, control system integration and system debugging are analyzed and appraised. The mode of the project integration and innovation, the cooperation among industries and departments, and the user-oriented project management mode are introduced. Finally, successful experience in innovation and integration of the project is emphasized and summarized.
