摘要
国内首台自主集成6万m3/h等级大型空分装置已在宝钢顺利建成投产,相对同类型进口设备的电气设计,该项目具有电气设备保护连锁独立于DCS系统和连接点最少化的设计理念、最简化的配电系统结构、电气报警和故障信号实现语音报警等重要特点,有助于减少电气设备故障率,并使电气故障快速、准确查找,有效兼顾了设备安全和生产稳定,不但投资省,而且电气设备运行安全、可靠。重点阐述了设计和调试中的经验和体会。
The first domestic independently integrated large scale air separation unit (ASU) with a capacity of 60 000 m^3/h was successfully built and put into production in Baosteel. Compared with the electrical design of the same type of imported equipment, this ASU has an electrical protect interlink that is separated from the DCS system. With the design idea of simplification, the ASU features a simplified contribution system and an audio alarm system for electrical failures. It will help reduce the failure rate of electrical equipment and find out the failure quickly and accurately. It will effectively keep the device in safety and have a stabilized production. The newly built unit can not only reduce the investment cost but also make the whole electrical equipment run smoothly and steadily. The experience and understanding of the unit design and debugging are focused in this paper.
