宝钢8号空分设备及系统调试实践

摘要 介绍了宝钢8号6万m3/h空分设备的工艺流程、技术参数及相关特点,重点总结了空压机、系统裸冷、预冷系统、空分工况调整等调试工作,深入分析了调试过程中的故障,通过修改设计和连锁,减少了空压机跳车几率;通过系统加温和水冷塔氮气流量控制,避免了CO2含量超标和产品氧气流量波动;并通过对氩馏分流量和含氩量的精确控制,消除了氩系统氮塞。解决方法经实践检验效果良好。 The Process flow, technical parameters and relevant characteristics of Baosteel' s No. 8 air separation unit (ASU) with a capacity of 60 000 m^3/h are introduced in this paper. The debugging work on its air compressor, system' s naked cooling, precooling system and operation adjustment is summarized. Some faults appearing in the debugging are analyzed in detail. Through modifying the design and interlocks, the air compressor' s trips were greatly reduced. Through heating the system and controlling the water cooler' s nitrogen flow, the superscale of CO2 content and oxygen flow fluctuation were avoided. And nitrogen-block of the argon system could be eliminated by accurate control of the argon rectification flow and concentration. All solutions were proved to be effective by practice.
