宝钢制氧系统的经济运行

摘要 新建6万m3/h空分,使宝钢拥有了目前国内最大装机容量的制氧系统。如此庞大的系统运行成本也是巨大的,如何优化、经济地运行是一个重要课题。介绍该系统的特点及目前的运行状况和困难,分析和评价相关指标,如单机技术经济指标、系统类技术经济指标及成本类指标等。研究成本与各经济指标的关系后,探讨制氧系统的经济运行优化措施。 Baosteel' s newly built 60 000 m^3/h air separation unit (ASU) is the largest oxygen generating system in China. For such a giant system, its operation cost is huge. How to reduce the operation cost is a critical problem. In this paper, the system's characteristics are introduced. The present operation situation and difficulties of reducing the cost are illustrated. The relevant indicators, such as, technical and economic indicators of a single unit and a system, and indicators concerning the cost are analyzed and appraised. The relationship between the cost and each economic indicators having been studied, some measures to optimize the oxygen generating system' s economical running are discussed.
