摘要
机器视觉是用计算机来模拟人的视觉功能的一门科学技术。应用软件LabVIEW自行编写识别软件进行机器视觉的开发,将其应用在钢卷产品传输作业线上,建立钢卷号码自动识别系统。从硬件和软件两个方面介绍了该系统实现的方法,详细介绍了在图像预处理、图像分割和图像识别过程中应用的方法。
＂ Machine vision＂ is a new technology that uses computers to simulate the human visual function. The self-written program based on LabVIEW, a kind of application software, was used to develop the ＂machine vision＂. This program has already been applied to the steel product transport line for establishment of the automatic number identification system. How to realize the system, including image pre-processing, image segmentation and image recognition, is introduced in detail in two aspects： hardware and software.
