摘要 冷轧带钢连续退火炉机组排烟温度高、耗能大是普遍存在的问题。为了提供一些退火炉节能降耗技术方面的参考方案,以宝钢四冷轧为分析对象,对冷轧带钢连续退火炉的几种余热回收方式进行了比较,并讨论了各种余热回收形式的优缺点,认为"过热水回收技术"是比较便捷的余热回收方式,并通过分析一个热平衡测试实例,找出余热回收以外的几种在退火炉本体可以实施的节能方法。 It is a common problem that the temperature of flue gases from cold strip annealing furnaces is high and the energy consumption is great. In order to provide some schemes for reference in energy saving and consumption reducing for annealing furnaces, Baosteel No. 4 cold mill plant was taken as an analytical object and the existing residual heat recovery methods for cold strip annealing furnaces were compared. After strong and weak points of each method had been discussed, the "over hot water recovery technique" was considered the most convenient of all. Through analyzing a heat balance sample, some other energy-saving methods that could be implemented in annealing furnaces were discovered.
