摘要
研究了8G机车过流保护装置的动作电流值和动作时间的测试方法,并开发出了保护装置全模拟测试系统;系统采用模块化设计,利用先进的智能检测技术和微机控制技术实现了机车保护装置电流信号的模拟和动作参数测试;利用组态软件Kingview6.51编写的上位机程序实现了系统监控和数据分析等功能;基于虚拟仪器思想的设计方法有效提高了系统的灵活性,PLC的使用提高了恶劣环境中系统的可靠性,手动和自动运行模式和数据处理功能提高了工作效率;现场的实际应用表明,系统具有操作简单、测试精度高和稳定性强的优点。
This paper studied on the testing methods of act-current value and movement time of 8G locomotive over-currant protection devices and designed a system of 8G locomotive protection devices simulation testing. The system adopts modular design. With the help of advanced detection technology and intelligent computer control technology, we have realized the simulation of current signals in locomotive protection devices. Kingview 6.51 is used to written the host computer program. It is able to mon/tor the system and analyze the testing datas. Based on the idea of the virtual instrument, these methods have improved the system's flexibility effectively. The use of PLC increases reliability of the system in the harsh environment. The manual and automatic operation modes and data processing functions improve the efficiency of testing. The practical application indicated that the system has the simplicity, high precision and stability.
