摘要
介绍了基于机器视觉的齿轮测量系统组成结构,建立了齿轮测量的软件系统框架,提出了齿轮尺寸及其参数的测量算法;在此基础上,首先利用改进的自适应中值滤波、阈值分割、边缘检测与标记提取出齿轮的边缘轮廓,然后利用随机Hough变换获取齿轮的中心后对带键槽的直齿圆柱齿轮进行了实际测量,并对测量误差进行了分析;实验结果表明,通过采用机器视觉的非接触测量方法可以实现对齿轮基本参数的快速、精确的测量,这对推动齿轮测量技术和齿轮工业的进步与发展具有重要意义。
this paper has introduced the composing structure of the gear measuring system based on machine vision, established the software system frame of gear measurement, presented measuring arithmetic of gear dimension and parameter. On the basis of this, at first, extract the edge contour of gear by taking advantage of improved self-adaptation median filter and threshold segmentation and edge detection and label, then it has carried on actual measurement to straight-cut gear with keyway by using random Hough transform to get the center of the gear wheel, and analyzed the error of measuring. The experimental result shows that fast-accurate measurement for basic parameters of the gear can be realized by using non-touching measurement method of machine vision, which has great significance to promote the progress and development of gear measurement technology and gear industry.
