基于虚拟仪器的16位稳态电流LED驱动电路测试系统

摘要 为了降低IC测试成本,更有效地配置测试资源,对于虚拟仪器技术应用于IC自动化测试领域进行了研究;利用虚拟仪器技术搭建了一套利用于16位稳态电流LED驱动电路测试的自动化测试系统;该系统的组成硬件包括NI的PXI-1033控制机箱、PCIe-6537数字卡、PXI-4130四象限SMU以及PXI-2529矩阵开关板;利用图形化语言Labview编写软件系统;测试系统提供了与测试分选机通信的接口,经过生产实践检验,能很好地满足该电路20M最高频率的测试要求。 In order to reduce the cost of testing IC quality and arrange testing resources more effectivly, the application was engaged in research that virtual instrument was used in the field of IC automatic test. An automatic Tester based on Virtual Instrument is established. It is used to testing Integrated Circuit that applied for driving 16 bits LED with stabilization current. The NI company hardware products including PXI-1033 chassis, PCIe-6537 Digital I/O board, PXI-4130 Power Source-Measure Unit and PXI-2529 Relay Matrix are used to building the Test System. The Graphics programming language Labview is used to making the Automatic system. The Test System can be communication with the testing classify machine. It is proof-tested by product line, and can be satisfied for the IC's test demand that the test clock frequency must be up to 20MHz.
