摘要 介绍了一种飞控系统快速控制原型软硬件设计方案,该方案兼顾了数学仿真和半实物仿真两大功能;通过RT-LAB软件和通用硬件平台(工控机和数据采集板卡等)实现了将基于Matlab/Simulink开发的制导律和控制律数字仿真模型直接加载到快速控制原型机上实时运行,参与半实物仿真试验,使算法在飞控计算机工程样机硬件实现之前就可以达到比较完善的程度;并为飞控软件的设计、改进以及参数的优化提供了试验依据;实际应用表明,该快速控制原型和半实物仿真系统具有很好的实时性和可靠性,同时具有良好的通用性和扩展性。 A design strategy on Rapid Control Prototype(RCP) is proposed based on the software RT-LAB. Through the platform of RCP, both mathematical simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation is carried out. By using the RT-LAB software, the model of flight control in MATLAB/Simulink can be downloaded to the general hardware, such as industry PC and data acquisition cards, to achieve real-time simulation. This makes it possible to design and testify the control and guidance strategy before the embedded hardware of aerobat is available. And the RCP also make contribute to the design, modification and optimizing of the acrobat control software. The actual applications have proved that the RCP and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system has explicit real-time capability and reliability, as well as the expansibility and currency.
