摘要
高度表的测试是飞机导航系统性能检测的重要内容,为使某型高度表测试规范化,介绍了高度表综合检查仪总体设计思路、系统构成,着重分析各级主体电路的硬件设计方法、软件设计流程,最后对高度表部分性能进行了实验测试;采用16位D/A转换器,减小了输出电压的步进量,提高了校验精度;微波通道及配件全部安装在仪器内部的结构使仪器可操作性进一步提高,具有防差错、使用方便等特点;实践表明,采用该项测试设备可以减小维护人员工作量大约30%,同时有良好的军事和经济效益等优点。
It expounds the overall design method of the examination instrument, and especially analyses how to design the main circuits with hardware. The design of the instrument has a sixteen bit D/A converter. The converter has utilities of low stepping amount of output voltage, exact check feature, good maneuverability, fail-safe and convenience. Because inside the instrument there are the microwave channel and its appurtenances, it has good military and business benefits.
