摘要
为实现多型号雷达系统功能和性能信号的综合测试,以VXI和GPIB总线系统为基础,采用可更换接口适配器技术,完成雷达自动测试系统硬件设计,成功解决了被测单元数量多、待测组件接口不同和待测信号种类多等难题,实现了资源共享和测试系统通用的目标;采用模块化构型技术完成雷达自动测试软件设计,与自动测试系统硬件配合,实现雷达系统各要求项目的测试及对测试过程的控制;结果表明,雷达自动测试系统运行稳定,结果准确,为雷达使用过程中的维护、故障检测与诊断提供了有效的保障。
Aimed at setting up integrated test of function and performance signals of variable radar system, changeable test adapter design technique is adopted to implement the radar automatic test system (ATS) hardware design based on the VXI and GPIB bus system. Thus, not only the problems caused by the numerous units under test, the different types of interfaces and the various kinds of signals are solved, but also the objective of resource sharing and developing an all-purpose ATS are realized. By adopting changeable test adapter technique, the radar ATS is designed, and with the help of ATS hardware, the required test items of the radar system are experimented and the test process control succeeded. Experiment results show that the radar ATS performs steadily, and the results meet the requirements of radar ATS. It can be concluded that the radar ATS provides effective guarantees for radar's maintenance, fault diagnosis and fault detection.
