摘要
为了解决当前集装箱堆场信息采集水平不足和工作效率低下的问题,设计了一个基于超高频无源RFID技术的堆场信息采集系统,介绍了系统的构成和各部分的作用,给出了系统中一种符合ISO 18000-6B和ISO 18000-6C标准协议的读写器的硬件和软件的设计方法,并描述了上位机软件的设计方法;该系统成功实现了对进出堆场的车辆的实时监控和集装箱信息的实时采集与处理,投入使用后明显简化了操作流程,加快了集装箱的流通速度;测试和应用结果表明该系统满足了实际的应用要求。
In order to solve the problems of the disadvantage of current dada acquisition method and the low work efficiency at the container yard, introduces a data acquisition system based on passive RFID technology at ultra high frequency for the yard, presents the components of the system and the corresponding function, provides the design method of the reader in the system according to the ISO 18000-6B and ISO 18000-6C standards and the upper computer software. The system successfully achieves real-time monitoring of the trailer which pass in and out of the yard and data acquisition and processing of the container, reducing the work flow and accelerating the velocity of container circulation significantly after its putting to use. From the test and the practice, it shows that the system satisfies the actual application demand.
