264例腮腺癌诊治分析

Clinical analysis on diagnosis and therapy of 264 cases with parotid carcinoma

目的:探讨腮腺癌的诊断及手术综合治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1992年10月-2007年10月收治并随访的264例腮腺癌患者临床资料,以探讨治疗及影响预后的因素。结果:5、10年生存率分别为78.5%、65.3%。单纯手术组同手术+放疗组相比统计学无明显差异,可能为手术+放疗组分期较晚,恶性程度高有关。结论:及早诊断、首次成功的手术及术后综合治疗是提高生存率的重要因素。

Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment method of parotid gland carcinoma. Methods：Data of 264 cases of parotid carcinoma received surgical treatment from october 1992 to october 2007 in our department was analysed retrospeetivly. Results： The survival rates of five years and ten years were 78.5 % ,65.3 %. There was no significant difference between the two groups of surgery alone and radiotherapy after operation. Conclusion：Earlier diagnosis ,the first successful operation and reasonable combination therapy are important factors to improve survival rate.
