科技成果转化知识管理与创新人才个体学习的耦合

Study on Coupling of Knowledge Management in Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements and Individual Learning of Innovative People

科技成果转化是一项复杂的系统工程,其本质是知识流的运动。创新人才的学习(内部学习和外部学习)对科技成果的转化起到了积极的促进作用。通过对科技成果转化过程研究,确立了科技成果转化知识管理与创新人才个体学习的关键耦合域,提出了科技成果转化过程三阶段知识学习重点,为提高我国科技成果转化效率和提升知识学习能力提供了理论依据和科学借鉴。

Transformation in scientific and technological achievements is a complicated systematic project,whose essence is the movement of knowledge flow.After the study of its process,coupled domains in knowledge management and individual learning of innovative people is established.Then learning emphases are put forward according to the three phrases in the process,which will help to enhance the efficiency of transformation and capability of knowledge learning.
