Using expert consultant method and layer analysis method,an information system framework for circular economy of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone is established,which is composed of aim layer,system layer,and index layer.The security strateties for circular economy are discussed,including developing circular economic technology,building eco-corridor,increasing intensity of soil use,promoting green investment,encouraging green life style.
