山东省游泳三线教练员现状调查与分析

Investigation On Current Situation Of The Third Line Swimming Coaches In Shandong Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等方法,对山东省游泳三线教练员现状进行调查分析。研究表明:教练员队伍年龄结构和执教年限都比较合理,学历层次较以前明显提高,职称结构不合理,运动技术水平较高;比较重视岗位培训,科研和能力较弱;具有较高的敬业精神和事业心;教练员输送率较好,但相互间的差异很大。

Through the methods of literature, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper studies the current situation of the third level swimming coaches in Shandong Province. The result shows that rational professional and training age echelon, high education background than former, irrational professional title echelon; poor scientific acknowledge; high working spirits; preferably sending off rote, but there is big difference.
