Based on the quality education, this thesis researches the development of school - based curriculum from the educational objectives, targets, contents, means, evaluation method, results and so on. The research shows that the clear objective, comprehensive and targeted, flexible evaluation methods, long- term era, flexible and innovative teaching methods are the key lie to develop the school- based curriculum of physical education.
