摘要
通过对中职学校学生心理特点以及体育在学生心理健康教育中所起作用的分析,提出在体育教学中贯彻心理健康教育的几条途径。
This article analyses the mental characters of students in secondary vocational school and the function of physical education on students＇ mental health, suggests some methods about how to develop mental health education during PE teaching.
