摘要
以电工绝缘纸板为骨架材料,采用湿纸成型工艺制成锥形高压绕组的骨架。为了改善绕组电压分布,其绕制方式选用三段绕线法:第一段与第三段均用尼龙线与漆包线间隔绕制,第二段用细漆包线均匀密绕。实验证明,所研制的高压绕组结构合理,装配方便,满足脉冲变压器在单次工作电压1.75 MV、重复频率100 Hz,工作电压1.65 MV下稳定运行的要求。
The framework for a high voltage taper winding was made of insulation paper bobbin by the method of wetting paper model. To improve voltage distribution on the winding, a three-section method was adopted: the first and third sections were winded with thick enameled wire and insulated wire; the second was winded with thin enameled wire. The results of testing show that the pulse transformer with this winding can charge PFL for 1.75 MV at single pulse, and sustain average voltage of 1.65 MV at 100 Hz, which means reliable and secure working of that transformer.
