摘要
对卤化法生产高纯钛的工艺条件进行了研究。通过正交试验分析,得出了卤化法生产高纯钛的最佳工艺条件:当卤化剂用量在500g左右,基底截面直径为6mm,低温区(卤化源区)和高温区(热裂解区)温度分别控制在700℃左右和1100~1200℃时,所得产品经电子束熔炼后,纯度可以达到99.998%。
This paper analyzed the process of high purity titanium by thermal decomposition of titanium iodides. The optimum technology conditions was obtained by orthogonal experiments. Results showed that the dosing of halogen is 500 g or so, the diameter of floor is 6 ram,the temperature of source area and decomposition area is 700 ℃ or so and 1 100 - 1 200 ℃ respectively,the purity of production can be 99. 998% by EB fusion.
