摘要
以2008年1-9月江西3家钢铁企业与福建三明钢铁有限责任公司的炼钢生铁单位制造成本进行对比分析，找出炼铁生产管理中存在的差距，提出了改善江西炼铁经济技术指标的对策。
The unit production cost of pig iron for steelmaking is analysed between three enterprises of Jiangxi and Fujang Sangang in January to September,2008. The existing gap in ironmaking production management is found. Meanwhile ,the countemeasure of improving economic and technical index for Jiangxi ironmaking is put forward.
