The Problem and Suggestions to the Financial Revenue and Expenditure in Nine Pan-PRD Provinces

财政是国民经济的重要组成部分,是政府进行宏观调控的主要手段之一,研究财政收支及平衡对于国家制定合适的财政政策具有重要的意义。本文对泛珠九省区的财政收入、支出和财政平衡进行比较分析,了解泛珠九省区之间财政收支结构异同及存在的问题,探讨合理构建各省区财政收支结构的措施和途径。

Finance is an important part of the national economy, which is one of the main instruments by government macro-control. To study the financial revenue and expenditure and balance for the country to develop an appropriate fiscal policy is of great significance. In this paper, we carry out a comparative analysis of financial revenue and expenditure and balance in nine Pan-PRD provincial and get the similarities and differences between them, then we explore a reasonable construction of the structure of provincial revenue and expenditure measures and means.
