推行小额货币“硬币化”改革的可行路径

小额货币硬币化是国际上的发展趋势,硬币具有机读性强、流通时间长、防伪性能好等流通优势。本文就目前影响我国硬币流通的几项主要因素细致剖析,并提出了调整面值结构、改良硬币材质、提高现代化处理水平、改革发行体制等四大对策,以促进我国小额货币向"硬币化"发展,进而改善货币流通结构,提高货币的现代化处理水平。

The actualization of small-sum currency in coins-form is the international development tendency. The coins take the advantages of machine-readable, long-term circulation and anti-forgery function. This essay analyzes the main element which effect the coins circulation in China currently, and puts forward the four strategies： adjust the structure of face-value, amend coins materials, improve modern processing ability and reform the issuance system, so as to promote the development of small-sum currency into coins-form, furthermore, to improve the currency circulation structure and the modernization of processing methods.
