档案馆社会化服务不仅仅是档案馆功能的简单扩展,我们在向社会公共领域逐步延伸和扩展的发展过程中,需要进行理论上的探索,实现理论上的重新架构。因此,本文拟借鉴社会记忆、新公共管理,以及"以人为本"的科学发展观等相关理论,进行更加深入地探讨,从而构筑档案馆社会化服务的理论框架。

The archives social service is more than the simple expansion of the archives functions. In the developing process of a gradual extension and expansion to the public domain, we need to put in effect the theoretical exploration and achieve the re-structure in theory. Therefore, in order to build the theoretical framework of the archives social service, this article planned to refer to the theory of the social memory, the new public management and the scientific concept of development on “People-oriented” to get the deeper discussion.
