摘要
应用ANSYS软件对某型汽车顶棚的凸面和弧形结构加强方案进行模态分析,讨论了凸面宽度和高度、凸面个数和弧形高度对顶棚固有频率及振型的影响.结果表明,顶棚固有频率随凸面宽度和高度、凸面个数及弧形高度的增加而增加;凸面加强后的顶棚振型基本不变,但弧形加强后的振型变化很大.通过对2种加强方案进行比较,发现弧形加强对固有频率的提高要远大于凸面加强.
Vehicle ceiling modal has important influence on the low-frequency noise in the cab. In this paper, ANSYS is utilized to analyze the modal of convex surface ceiling and arc ceiling. Then the effects of the length, height and number of convex surface and the height of are on ceiling modal are discussed. The factors and the results show that the ceiling natural frequencies increase with the increase of these strengthened mode shape keeps invariant with convex surface ceiling but different with arc ceiling. By comparing these two methods, it is found that the improving of frequencies by the arc structure is better than by the convex surface structure.
