摘要
针对注塑模具设计外部约束条件多、结构复杂多变等问题,将KBE技术引进到模具设计系统中,并结合遗传算法简单通用、鲁棒性强、适合并行处理、速度快等特点,构建基于遗传算法的注塑模具KBE系统.阐述了KBE的内涵,研究了遗传算法基本实施过程,构造出KBE设计的基本框架,设计了遗传算法在模具设计过程中的具体工艺,并规划了遗传算法的设计变量、目标函数和处理过程,将有限元分析集成到KBE系统优化工艺中.
Injection mould design is a complicated process because there are so many constraint condi- tions and shape of part is changeful. To solve these problems, KBE technology is introduced to mould design. Combined with the characteristics of genetic algorithm such as easy to use, compatible, and speedy, a KBE system for injection mould design is constructed. The connotations of KBE are expatiated, the realization process of genetic algorithm is studied and the basic frame of KBE design is founded. The concrete step of genetic algorithm is given in mould design. The design variable, destination function and processing procedures are planned, and the FEM analysis is integrated to KBE system.
