摘要
基础加固是现今房屋加层改造工程中常常出现的一个问题。本文结合房屋加层改造工程实例,系统介绍了采用型钢加固基础的设计方法和施工要点,对施工过程中的界面连接处理、型钢安置等进行了较为深入的探讨。房屋加固施工和使用过程中的沉降观测结果表明基础加固效果良好,对类似基础的加固工程具有良好的参考意义。
Foundation-strengthening is a universal problem in story-adding buildings now.With an example of story-adding building,The techniques of design and construction are discussed in details for the foundation-strengthening by profiled bar,such as interface bonding and installation of profiled bar are particularly explained.The result of settlement observation shows that foundation reinforced by profiled bar is effective,and is useful to the same kind of foundation strengthening.
