摘要
依据人员素质测评的理论,通过对高级酒店中层管理人员的工作分析,进而建立其素质测评的指标体系结构,并通过层次分析法确定其权重,以做到对高级酒店中层管理人员素质的科学测评。
According to the theory of staff quality assessment, through work analysis to mid level executives in high level hotel, build index system structure of quality assessment. Determine its weightings by analytic hierarchy process in order to conduct scientific assessment to quality of mid level executives in high level hotel.
