扬黄(红寺堡)灌区节水灌溉模式及其经济评价

Modus and Economic Evaluation of Water Saving Irrigation (WSI)in Hongsipu Irrigation Area

针对宁夏扶贫扬黄（红寺堡）灌区的自然地理与社会经济特点，提出了灌区节水灌溉的总体思路、目标、模式和规模，通过同一规模不同典型灌溉设计方案的经济评价，给出了典型灌溉设计方案的排序及适应性分析结果，通过不同典型灌溉设计方案的正交组合方案模拟及极差分析，得到了优化组合方案，其结果对节水灌溉具有指导意义。

An overall plot, an objective, a modus, and scale of the WSI area are putforward in view of the natural,geographical and socioeconomic features (Pumping from Yellow River) of Hongsipu Irrigation Area in Ningxia Autonomous,which is the poverty-stricken region and is to be added to shake off poverty. The economic appraisal of rarious typical irrigationdesign schemes on the same scale has given their order of priority and the results of adaptive an analysis of the schemes. Anaptimal combined plan has been given by simulation of orthogonal combined plan Of different typical irrigation design schemesand by the extremum difference analysis. The results have directive function in WSI.
