摘要
从有限元基本理论出发,建立了钢的二维有限元模型,对钢中含有铝和钨夹杂缺陷时的声波传播进行了数值模拟.通过波场快照图能清晰的显示不同夹杂对声波传播的影响;对时域A-扫描曲线上缺陷回波相位的分析以及底面回波到达时间的计算,验证了模拟结果的正确性;重点在频域中对底面回波进行了分析,通过频谱分析得的各种频域特征量和频率敏感度可以识别出不同材料的夹杂.模拟结果对实际应用有一定的参考意义.
Based on the principle of the finite element method, a two--dimensional finite element model with AI and W inclusions is developed in steel to study the acoustic propagation. The snapshots display the effect of acoustic propagation by different inclusions. The accuracy of results is confirmed by the A-scan curves. With the characteristics of frequency domain and the sensitivity frequency obtained from the spectral analysis to the echo information, we can recognize the different inclusions. The simulation results may be useful to the practical application.
